It was raining outside, and the rain was coming through a hole in the roof. The water was dripping down into the attic, and it was starting to make a big puddle on the floor. Umbrella Mouse knew that if the puddle got too big, it would start to leak through the ceiling and into the rest of the house. Umbrella Mouse couldn't let that happen.

So Umbrella Mouse ran to his mouse hole and grabbed his umbrella. Then he ran back to the attic and opened the umbrella. He held the umbrella over the hole in the roof, and the rain stopped dripping into the attic. Umbrella Mouse had saved the day!

The people who lived in the house were so grateful to Umbrella Mouse for saving their house. They gave him a big piece of cheese and a new umbrella. Umbrella Mouse was a hero!
