One day, Ella was playing in the attic, When she found a dusty old trunk. It was covered in cobwebs and grime, But Ella was not one to funk.
She opened the trunk with a creak, And inside she found a sight. A jumble of toys and clothes, And something that made her eyes gleam with delight.
It was a small, wooden trunk, With brass fittings and a lock. Ella lifted it out and gave it a shake, And suddenly, it began to rock.
Ella was amazed! She had never seen anything like it before. She opened the lid and peered inside, And saw a tiny little door.
Ella reached inside and turned the knob, And the door creaked open wide. Inside, she saw a tiny little room, With a tiny little bed and a tiny little chair.
Ella was so excited! She had never seen anything like it before. She climbed inside the trunk and closed the door, And soon she was fast asleep.
When Ella woke up, she was in a strange place. She was surrounded by trees and flowers, And the air was filled with the sound of birds singing.
Ella got out of the trunk and looked around. She was in a beautiful meadow, And she was all alone.
Ella started to walk through the meadow, And soon she came to a river. She saw a group of animals playing on the bank, And she went over to join them.
Ella played with the animals all day long, And she had so much fun. But soon it started to get dark, And Ella knew it was time to go home.
Ella said goodbye to the animals, And she climbed back into the trunk. She closed the door and turned the knob, And soon she was back in the attic.
Ella was so happy to be home! She told her parents all about her adventure, And they were just as amazed as she was.
From that day on, Ella played with her tooting trunk every day. She would make all sorts of sounds, From animal noises to musical instruments.
But Ella always remembered the lesson she had learned. She knew that it was important to use her trunk responsibly, And she never made any sounds that would hurt or scare anyone.
Ella's tooting trunk was a magical gift, And she cherished it always. It brought her joy and laughter, And it taught her the importance of being careful with what she wished for.
